Our Food



We hope as a valued customer you will enjoy your visit to Woodhouse Gardens, be it for a drink and chat with friends in our lounge area, a family celebration or dinner for two in our restaurant. Summertime and our superb garden offers plenty for outside eating and drinking, dog walkers, hikers and families. Our large children's play area is a firm favourite with the younger regulars.

Menu

Where possible we buy British and use local suppliers.

Our Beef comes from Hartshead Meats just over the fields and our sausages are British free range pork from Saddleworth.

Where possible we use fresh RSPCA approved or free range chicken and free range duck eggs.

Our fish suppliers are Openshaws based on the coast at Fleetwood. They belong to the British Responsible Fishing Scheme using sustainable seasonal sources. Our salmon is Lochduart farmed and our sea bass is also carefully farmed.

Fruit and vegetables are supplied by Noones & Son daily from Smithfield market. We change our vegetables according to the season and only use fresh and local where possible.

Our restaurant is available for private parties for large or small groups and we can put together a personal choice of menu or choose from our selection of buffet or a la carte menu.

We have an excellent reputation in the area for offering quality food and beverages in comfortable surroundings with first class service and attention to detail.
